"Loved the items, but the shipping caught me off guard"
I was excited when I found what I wanted and added it to my cart because the products looked great. Everything seemed fine until I got to checkout and saw the shipping cost. That definitely took some of the excitement out of it. The stuff itself was good, but the shipping felt way too expensive for what I ordered.

"I didn’t expect seaweed to be the hero..."
I didn’t expect seaweed to be the hero of my skincare routine, but here we are. My skin was feeling dry and kind of stressed out, and after using this, it feels way calmer and more comfortable. A surprisingly dramatic little turnaround for my face.

"Checkout Was Way Too Hard to Find"
I don’t know who designed this website, but it made a simple purchase way harder than it needed to be. I kept trying to find the checkout, and then the pages would freeze on me. it was frustrating and felt like the site was working against me.

"Helped a little with my blemishes"
I’ve been using this for a few weeks and my spots do look a bit calmer, so I think it’s doing something. They’re definitely not fully gone, though, and it’s been slower than I was hoping. I’m being careful not to overuse it since my skin can get irritated easily, but so far it’s been nice enough

"Super easy international shipping"
I wasn’t totally sure what to expect with an international Ishga order, but it actually showed up overseas faster than I thought it would, which was such a nice surprise. Everything was packed properly, nothing damaged or messy, and I was just really happy with how smooth the whole thing was.

"Still not fully sold on the eco claims"
The products were fine overall, like I didn’t hate them or anything. But the whole sustainability angle felt a bit vague imo. There’s a lot of nice-sounding wording, but not much actual proof about the packaging or sourcing. For what they charge, I expected more transparency tbh.

"Ended up being more of a hassle than I expected"
I really wanted to like this cream, but it just didn’t work well for me. It kind of sat on top of my skin forever and felt sticky, which was more stressful than I expected when I was trying to get ready. I had to wait around before putting on makeup, and that threw off my whole routine. The smell is fine and the packaging looks nice, but for the price, I expected it to absorb a lot better. Maybe it would be better for someone with drier skin, but it wasn’t great for me.

"Feels nice, but I’m still stuck with the lines"
I’ve been using this and my skin does feel softer and a bit nicer overall, which I like. But the fine lines still look pretty much the same, so I kind of feel trapped between wanting to keep using it and wondering if it’s actually doing much.

Everything I ordered from ishga showed up exactly as it should. No missing items, no mix-ups, nothing weird. I gave it a quick check when it arrived and it was all totally fine. Happy with the whole thing overall

"Kind of disappointed with the packaging"
I like the idea of ishga and expected the whole experience to feel a bit more eco-conscious, but the packaging really threw me off. There was just way more outer packaging than seemed necessary, and I kept thinking, why is all of this needed? For a brand that gives off a sustainable vibe, it felt wasteful. Maybe the actual products are great, but first impressions matter, and this one was not it. Especially at this price point, I really expected them to do better.

"I had to send one item back..."
I had to send one item back and I was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle, because returns usually annoy me. But ishga made it straightforward. The refund came through faster than I thought it would, which was a nice surprise. I was a bit stressed about it at first, but yeah, in the end it was really simple and I was happy with how it went.

"Nice feel, super lightweight..."
I gave it 4 stars because the texture is really nice, smooth, light, and not greasy at all. It sinks in quickly too, which I definitely appreciate. The only thing is, after a few hours I kind of wish my skin still felt a bit more moisturized... but overall, I’m still happy with it

"my skin honestly looks brighter"
i’ve been using Ishga for a few weeks now and my skin just looks fresher and more glowy. it doesn’t have that dull look it had before, and my sister even pointed it out without me saying anything. it feels really nice on my face too, so i’m happy with it

"Calmer skin, but I did feel a bit misled"
I’ve been using this face serum for a few weeks now, and my skin does feel less dry and irritated. It sinks in fast and doesn’t leave that greasy feeling, which I really like. The redness around my cheeks has calmed down a bit too. That said, I did feel a little misled by the way it was described, like it would do more or work faster than it actually did. Still, it’s been good overall and I’m mostly happy with it...

"Worth it for softer, less dry skin"
I’ve been using ishga for a few weeks now, my skin feels so much less dry. I notice it most in the mornings because my face feels more hydrated instead of tight. It also doesn’t feel greasy, which is a big plus for me. Definitely feels like a good buy so far.

"Customer service took way too long to get back to me"
The products themselves were fine, no real complaints there. But getting help with my order was more frustrating than it needed to be. I emailed customer service and waited days for a reply, and when they finally got back to me, the answer was kind of vague. I ended up having to follow up again, which felt like something they should’ve handled the first time. It wasn’t a terrible experience, but they definitely need to be quicker and a bit more helpful

"Pretty good selection, but a few gaps"
They’ve got a nice range of products overall, and I did find quite a few things I liked, but I kept thinking it would be even better if there were a few more size options. Like, the choice is good, just not quite as complete as I was hoping...
